As part of the Woza Labs team, we recently had the honor of participating in the annual Beaz Acceleration Program Alumni gathering. This tradition has become a cornerstone event for reconnecting with like-minded innovators and celebrating the entrepreneurial spirit in Bizkaia. 🎉
This year, we joined representatives from 12 exceptional companies making their mark in the region: Alterity, Anjana Data, Legit.Health, Fisify, GrabIT, Landatu Solar, adresles, MADIT - Metal 3D Printing, OREKA, and Ubyko | Omnichannel Truly. In total, 14 passionate individuals came together to share insights, experiences, and a collective commitment to continued progress. 🚀✨
The highlight of the day was an inspiring session led by Paula Almansa, an esteemed CEO, CFO, M&A advisor, and expert in facilitating agreements. Her workshop on negotiation and assertiveness was a masterclass in practical strategies and meaningful dialogue—an invaluable experience for all of us. 🗝️💡
Beyond the learnings, the event served as a reminder of the power of community. The energy in the room was palpable, underscoring the idea that the whole is always greater than the sum of its parts. 🌟
